The programme
Each one produces something you use the same week. Every module runs online and at your own pace.
Your soft and hard skills are assessed with the Capability Scan. You build a personal roadmap from the results, then audit how you have been approaching the labour market so far.
The process for scaling your network and reaching employers directly, including how to approach a company you want to work for when they have no job posted at all.
Getting your foot in the door, adjusted to the company size, industry and field you are targeting. A CV and cover letter built for a specific employer, and the questions that make you memorable in the interview.
Building real trust with your employer and becoming genuinely hard to replace, so the sponsorship keeps renewing and your career keeps moving.
