A four-week online programme
Accelerate is built for non-EEA students and graduates in the Netherlands. Four weeks of live online classes and real exercises that take you from a blank list of companies to an offer from an employer who is a recognised IND sponsor.
You apply first and we take it from there. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.
The track
Every week has one class and one piece of work you do on your own companies, not on a case study. You finish each week with something you can send.

A questionnaire and an analysis of where you are, before the classes start.
The curriculum
Each module runs online and at your own pace, and each one produces something you use the same week.
Your soft and hard skills are assessed with the Capability Scan. The results build your personal roadmap, and a process audit shows where your current approach to the labour market is losing you time.
The process for scaling your network, with the tools and the wording, so you can approach a company you want to work for even when it has nothing posted.
The College Life Method, adjusted to the company size, industry and field you are targeting. A CV and cover letter written for a specific employer, and the questions that make you memorable in the interview.
How to build real trust with your employer and become hard to replace, so the sponsorship renews and the career keeps moving toward permanent residency.
Why it works
Job portals show you the openings every other graduate can see, and a portal cannot tell an employer why you are worth sponsoring. Accelerate teaches the other route: pick the companies you want, reach the people inside them, and create the opening yourself.
That route is also what makes the sponsorship stick. An employer who chose you deliberately has a reason to keep you.
How it is taught
The classes run online with the group. Between them you do tailored exercises on your own target companies, so the theory turns into outreach the same week.
Who teaches it
The people in front of you decide, or have decided, who gets hired and sponsored. You get to ask them directly.
